How long do I have to wait for my watch?

Each timepiece is assembled upon order, with production taking 5–7 business days.

Shipping times:
• Greece: 3–4 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Express international shipping is available at an additional cost.
What movements do you use?

We use Seiko movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63 and VK61

What if I have a problem with my watch?

All watches are covered by a 1-year warranty, see Warranty section for details.

In the case of a covered issue—such as a movement fault—we cover return shipping. For issues outside warranty, shipping costs and other associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Where are your products manufactured?

Each Imperium Mods timepiece is individually assembled in Greece by experienced watchmakers. Every watch undergoes quality control, including demagnetization and water resistance testing (up to 3 ATM on certain models), ensuring both performance and longevity.
What payment options do you offer?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience, including Klarna, Apple Pay, and most major debit and credit cards. For customers within Greece, we also offer the option to pay cash upon delivery.
