At Imperium Mods GP, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. All watches purchased directly from us are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in the movement
• Manufacturing defects in the hands
• Manufacturing defects in the dial and case

If a defect is confirmed, Imperium Mods GP will, at its discretion:

• Repair the watch, or
• Replace it with the same or a comparable model, or
• Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap or bracelet wear, crystal marks).
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
• Water damage if the crown was not properly secured or if the watch was exposed beyond its rated depth.
• Batteries, straps, bracelets, and other consumable parts.
• Damage from exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or magnetic fields.

Warranty Conditions

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
• Any unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the case will void the warranty.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending a watch in for service. Return shipping after repair/replacement will be covered by Imperium Mods GP.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty provides the exclusive remedies for any defects. Imperium Mods GP will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use your watch.
